Return & Refund Policy
A Products posted on this site are Verified by us and distributed by us and we aim to provide as much details as possible for every product we post.
Please note that Sellam VIP will only accept returns if we send a Wrong products different from what you ordered or the product sent is faulty.
Every buyer has a 7 Days window to request a Return to us if there have an issue with their product. For products covered by warrantee, the customer has the full term of warrantee should they encounter any issues.
We will incur all charges if we send a wrong or faulty product to you and will endeavour to resend the correct product the second time or fix the issue with your faulty product and send out free of charge.
We expect every buyer to be certain about their size or exact specification of the product they want to order before placing an order; if in doubts, then please contact us to discuss your need BEFORE placing an order.
All returns must satisfy the following conditions:
- The product must be valid for return based on the points stated above.
- You must provide a valid purchase receipt, to proof that the products was bought from us.
- You MUST make the return request through our website and wait for our response BEFORE you send the product. We can arrange for the product to be picked up from your home or office.
- The product MUST come in it’s original box undestroyed.
- We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned product.
